Delete your KeyMart Pro account
Use this page to ask Keycode Technology Pvt. Ltd. to delete your KeyMart Pro account (website and Android app) and its data. You do not need to sign in or have the app installed.
What happens
- Send the form below, or email keycodetechnology@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with.
- We confirm the request with you on your phone or email — so nobody else can delete your shop by typing your email.
- Within 30 days we delete it and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your owner account: name, email, mobile number and password.
- Every mart in the account, its staff sign-ins and roles.
- All business records: items, stock, purchases, sales bills, payments, accounts, customers and suppliers.
What may be kept
- Bills and GST records are your shop’s legal records, which Indian GST law asks businesses to keep for several years. Ask for a copy in the form below before the deletion; after it, we cannot recover them.
- A short note that a deletion was requested and done (your email and the date), kept to show the request was honoured.
Staff: your sign-in belongs to your mart — ask its owner to remove it. Customers of a shop: ask the shop, or use this form and we will pass it on.
