Common questions
Does KeyCodeMart support more than one store?
Yes. One account can own several marts, and each mart can have several stores. Staff are given access to the marts they work in, with a different role in each if that is what the job needs.
Can I control what each staff member can do?
Yes, and this is the part most billing software gets thin. You define your own roles — not a fixed list — and tick, for every module, whether that role may view, add, edit or delete. A change applies to everybody in that role on their next click, without anybody signing in again.
Is it GST ready?
Yes. Billing carries HSN and tax rates, and the GST module covers GSTR-1 and 3B working, HSN summary, e-invoice and e-way bill.
Does it handle batch and expiry?
Yes. Stock is tracked by batch and expiry date, so products nearing expiry can be found, discounted and cleared rather than written off.
